Addleshaw Goddard and Dentons Advise on Develia's Acquisition of Bouygues Immobilier Polska

Addleshaw Goddard has advised Develia on a preliminary agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Bouygues Immobilier Polska from its French parent, Bouygues Immobilier, for EUR 66.5 million. Dentons advised Bouygues Immobilier.

Develia is a Polish residential developer.

According to Addleshaw Goddard, Bouygues Immobilier Polska’s portfolio comprises approximately 1,300 ongoing residential units across Warsaw, Wroclaw, and Poznan, with secured pipeline rights for a further 2,800 units.
