Czabaaski & Galuszynski has advised Focus Estate Fund on the acquisition of three shopping centers in Poland’s Silesia region, including Sosnowiec Plaza, Ruda Slaska Plaza, and Rybnik Plaza, as well as on financing from BNP Paribas.
According to C&G, with a combined leasable area of approximately 46,000 square meters, the properties are situated in key urban hubs within the Upper Silesian agglomeration.
In 2024, C&G advised Focus Estate Fund on the financing for the Galeria Sandecja acquisition (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on March 8, 2024).
