PNSA has assisted Ameropa, a Swiss grain and fertilizer trader, on the acquisition of Sarulesti agricultural base, with a total land area of approximately 86,000 square meters, including warehouses, silos, dwellings, and offices, from Comcereal Fundulea.
This is the third significant transaction on which PNSA has assisted Ameropa in 2018, following the company's earlier acquisition of 40% of the shares of agribusiness companies Promat Comimpex and Agroind Cauaceu (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on June 21, 2018).
PNSA's team was led by Deputy Managing Partner Bogdan Stoica, along with Senior Associate Mariana Marcu.
