Act Legal Poland has advised Adventum International on its acquisition of four industrial properties from an international automotive parts manufacturer through a sale and lease-back transaction.
According to Act Legal Poland, the properties include production plants located in key industrial zones across Poland.
The Act Legal Poland team included Co-Managing Partner Marek Wojnar, Partner Marta Kosiedowska, Senior Associate Aleksandra Krzemień, and Junior Associate Karolina Wasik.
