Popovici, Nitu, Stoica & Asociatii has advised Malherbe Transports on its acquisition of Contralog Europa.
French group Malherbe Transports is a road haulage operator.
Contralog Europa is the Romanian subsidiary of TLW Group, a road haulage operator in Luxembourg.
