Suciu Popa Successful for Azvi in Labor Dispute
Suciu Popa has successfully represented the Azvi construction company in a labor dispute with one of its former managers.
According to Suciu Popa, the dispute was over “an alleged illegal termination of employment contract as a result of the reorganization carried out by the employer."
The Suciu Popa team was led by Partner Daciana Popa.
