Stratual Albulescu has advised Societe Generale, acting through its service center subsidiary, Societe Generale European Business Services, on the lease of 10,500 square meters in the third building of Skanska's Campus 6 development under construction in the Cotroceni part of Bucharest.
Skanska began construction of Campus 6 in December of 2018 and expects to finalize the project in the third quarter of 2020. Societe Generale European Business Services will take over the premises in the fourth quarter of 2020.
Societe Generale European Business Services, which currently has 2300 employees, was founded in 2011 as a service center for the Societe Generale Group.
