Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen has helped Norofert SA prepare for a private placement ahead of the group’s listing on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

Earlier this spring NNDKP supported the Norofert Group on its listing in the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on May 8, 2019), making it the first company from the agricultural and agro-tech sector on the BSE.
