Popovici Nitu Stoica & Asociatii has advised Italy's CLN-Coils Lamiere Nastri — the owner of Romania's MW Romania SA Dragasani car factory — on a EUR 134 million financing received from the IFC and Cassa Depositi E Prestiti SPA. The lenders were advised by Clifford Chance Badea.

The PNSA team was led by Managing Associate Codrin Luta, working with Senior Associate Teodora Cazan. 

The Clifford Chance team was coordinated by the firm's Washington‎ D.C. office, with Romanian aspects handled by Senior Associate Raluca Coman.
