Clifford Chance Badea Advises NE Property and NEPI Rockcastle on Bonds Program Implementation
Clifford Chance Badea has advised NE Property B.V. on the implementation of a EUR 1.5 billion Medium Term Program guaranteed by NEPI Rockcastle plc, as well on the launch of a 2.625% EUR 500 million bonds issue due 2023 under the program. Appleby reportedly assisted Clifford Chance in advising NEPI Rockcastle.
The Clifford Chance Badea team was led by Partner Madalina Rachieru-Postolache and included Counsel Radu Ropota and Associate Gabriela Muresan.
