PwC’s Romanian affiliate D&B David and Baias has advised the FAN Courier shareholders on the acquisition of a 60% stake in Marian’s Trading, a customs brokerage company.
The transaction remains contingent on regulatory approval.
FAN Courier is a shipping company.
