Wardynski & Partners has advised the Piletilevi Group on a two-action transaction in consolidating ticketing market companies eWejsciowki and BPM Media along with its subsidiaries. Rymarz Zdort Maruta advised eWejsciowki.

The Piletilevi Group is owned by entrepreneur Sven Nuutmann's EastCom Capital investment company and private equity investment firm BaltCap. It is an international ticket sales company that operates in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland.

According to Wardynski & Partners, “the transaction involved the acquisition by the Piletilevi Group of a majority stake in eWejsciowki.pl and, simultaneously, the acquisition by that company of 100% of shares in BPM Media.”
