Kinstellar and Clifford Chance Advise on Polon-Alfa's Financing from P Capital Partners

Kinstellar has advised Polon-Alfa on its recent financing from P Capital Partners. Clifford Chance advised P Capital Partners. Baker McKenzie reportedly advised Polon-Alfa as well.

Polon-Alfa is a portfolio company of Argan Capital. According to Kinstellar, the transaction involved the establishment of a new continuation fund managed by Argan Capital and the full refinancing of Polon-Alfa’s existing debt and will support the ongoing development and regional expansion of Polon-Alfa, a Central and Eastern European manufacturer of fire detection and alarm systems. 

The Kinstellar team included Partner Magdalena Raducanu, Managing Associate Razvan Constantinescu, Associate Alexandra Sofineti, and Junior Associate Ioana Moldoveanu.
