KSB Advises Gridarch on Sale of Land in Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park to EQT Exeter

Kocian, Solc, Balastik has advised Gridarch on the sale of a 110,000-square-meter land plot located within the Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park to EQT Exeter.

Gridarch is a Czech development company specializing in the preparation, construction, and leasing of industrial and logistics real estate. According to KSB, the Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park, developed by Gridarch since 2018, is positioned as a key industrial zone for modern logistics facilities in the region.

EQT Exeter, formed in 2021 through the merger of EQT Real Estate and Exeter Property Group, is managing more than USD 35 billion in assets across logistics, office, and residential projects.

The KSB team included Partner Jiri Hornik, Counsel Jakub Porod, and Junior Lawyer Jakub Mehl.
