CMS has advised Solia and Vineli JSCo on the sale of the 100-megawatt Vinely RE photovoltaic project located in General Toshevo municipality, Dobrich region, Bulgaria, to Metka EGN Solar 5.
According to CMS, the Vinely RE project, set to become operational in 2026, has an expected capacity of 100-megawatt-peak and includes a new 33/110-kilovolt step-up substation.
The CMS team included Managing Partner Kostadin Sirleshtov, Partners Borislava Piperkova, Atanas Bangachev, and Jenia Dimitrova, Counsel Vaska Solakova, Senior Associate Viktoriya Dimitrova, Junior Associate Stoyana Petrova, and Trainee Niya Ivanova.
