RTPR has advised ROCA Investments on the sale of its stake in Artesana to Booster Capital. Andronic & Partners advised Artesana. Filip & Company advised Booster Capital.

ROCA Investments is a private equity firm.

Artesana is a Romanian producer of artisanal dairy products.
