CMS and Schoenherr Advise on Inter Europol's Acquisition of Pan-Pek in Croatia

CMS has advised Inter Europol on its acquisition of Pan-Pek from Enterprise VII private equity fund. Schoenherr advised the sellers.

Pan-Pek is a Croatian bakery producer. 

Enterprise VII is managed by Enterprise Investors.

Founded in 1989 and initially focused on supplying fresh baked goods around Warsaw, Inter Europol has since grown into a European bakery producer. According to CMS, the transaction marks Inter Europol’s first international acquisition, representing a milestone in the Polish bakery group’s strategic expansion across Europe.

According to Schoenherr, Enterprise Investors became the majority shareholder in Pan-Pek in 2018 and acquired full ownership in 2020. Under their leadership, the company significantly expanded its production capacity and launched exports to Italy and the United States.
