SK&S Advises Intrum AB on EUR 4.48 Billion Recapitalization Transaction

SK&S has advised Intrum AB on its recapitalization transaction through which it restructured approximately EUR 4.48 billion in financial indebtedness.

Intrum AB is a European credit management services provider.

According to SK&S, the transaction involved amendments to existing revolving and term loan facilities as well as the issuance of new notes under a US private placement, all guaranteed by a Polish subsidiary. 

The SK&S team included Managing Partner Marcin Olechowski, Partners Wojciech Iwanski and Stanislaw Gordzialkowski, Senior Counsels Jan Pierzgalski and Piotr Plesinski, Senior Associates Lidia Malinowska, Kacper Kurowski, and Joanna Mroz, and Associates Julia Mazurkiewicz, Jedrzej Pazdan, Klaudia Ksiezopolska, Jakub Chmiel, Michal Majcher, and Daniel Gebala.
