Dentons has advised CTP on a EUR 200 million financing obtained from Alpha Bank, ING, and BRD Groupe Societe Generale for the development of a Romanian logistics park.

Dentons has advised Ignitis Renewables subsidiary Pomerania Wind Farm on EUR 82 million in refinancing facilities from the EIB and the Nordic Investment Bank, with Skandinavska Enskilda Banken serving as the agent, security agent, and account bank. TGS Baltic reportedly advised the borrower as well.

CMS has advised automotive manufacturing company Ford Otosan Romania on a EUR 435 million financing from a syndicate of banks, arranged by coordinating mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners Societe Generale and BRD Groupe Societe Generale.

KWKR, working with Lippes Mathias, has advised Software Mind on obtaining a PLN 150 million financing from BNP Paribas Bank Polska and the subsequent acquisition of US-based company Prosoft in a transaction valued at almost USD 50 million. Dentons advised the lender. Schoenherr, working with Roetzel & Andress, reportedly advised on the loan agreement as well.

Dentons and Boyanov & Co have advised UniCredit Bulbank, Raiffeisen Bank International, the United Bulgarian Bank, and Eurobank Bulgaria on the financing for the construction and operation of a 160-megawatt solar plant in Maglizh, in the Stara Zagora region of Bulgaria. Stoeva Tchompalov & Znepolski reportedly advised the borrowers.

Dentons has advised the EBRD and the Eiffel Investment Group on a bridge financing loan of EUR 45 million to support the construction and operation of 16 PL-Sun photovoltaic power plants with a total installed capacity of 114.7 megawatts. Wardynski & Partners reportedly advised PL-Sun.

Dentons and, reportedly, TGS Baltic have advised the Republic of Lithuania on updating its Euro Medium Term Note Program and successfully issuing EUR 1.5 billion in 3.5% notes due 2034. Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Sorainen reportedly advised the underwriters.

Dentons, Binder Groesswang, and Djingov Gouginski Kyutchukov & Velichkov have advised UniCredit Bulbank and the EBRD on the financing for Enery Development's construction and operation of a large-scale solar plant in north-eastern Bulgaria set to add 112.5 megawatts of solar power generation to the country's electricity system. Schoenherr reportedly advised Enery Development.

Dentons has advised PKO Bank Polski and the EBRD on providing debt financing for the construction of the 31.5-megawatt Grabkowo wind farm in Potegowo and operational support for the 37.5-megawatt Orla wind farm, both of which are operated by Eurowatt. Clifford Chance advised Eurowatt.
