Dentons has advised joint lead managers Barclays, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, Citi, and HSBC on the issuance of EUR 750 million 0.875% bonds due 2026 by CEZ, a.s., and listed on the regulated market of Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

Sorainen has helped JP Morgan and BNP Paribas organize a five-year bond issue with a total value of USD 300 million for Avia Solutions Group – a Lithuanian aviation services group ‒ at an annual interest rate of 7.875% and a maturity date of 2024. The bonds were issued in US dollars and distributed in the US and European markets. The Avia group was advised by TGS Baltic and Dentons.

Dentons and Balcioglu Selcuk Akman Keki Avukatlik Ortakligi have advised Czech-based hydroelectricity group Energo-Pro on securing EUR 175 million in financing for the development, construction, and operation of the Alpaslan 2 dam and hydropower plant in Turkey. The financing was arranged by MUFG Securities EMEA plc and Ceska Exportni Banka, and is partially backed by the Export Guarantee and Insurance Corporation, with HSBC acting as the security agent. Allen & Overy reportedly advised MUFG and HSBC on the deal.

CMS has advised Green Investment Group, owned by Macquarie, on the acquisition of the Zajaczkowo wind farm located in Poland's Pomorskie Province, from Mitsui Renewable Energy Europe Limited and J-Power Investment Netherlands B.V. Dentons advised the sellers on the deal.

Dentons has advised the minority shareholders in Russ Outdoor LLC, Russia’s largest outdoor advertising operator, on the sale of their combined 48.57% stake in Dutch parent company Russ Out of Home BV to the owners of the third-largest operator in the sector, Vera-Olymp.

Dentons has advised Spain's Comsa S.A.U. on debt restructuring and its issue of new shares in Trakcja PRKiI S.A., a Polish infrastructure and energy company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The program’s value exceeds EUR 230 million and includes bridge and long-term financing provided by banks, insurance companies, and the Industrial Development Agency. DLA Piper advised Trakcja on the deal, White & Case advised the insurance companies, and Clifford Chance advised the Industrial Development Agency. Allen & Overy reportedly advised the banks.

Dentons has advised Russia's Chelpipe on its debut issuance of USD 300 million 4.50% loan participation notes due 2024. Dentons acted as English, United States, and Russian counsel to Chelpipe.

Dentons has advised Raiffeisen Bank International AG and Raiffeisen Bank SA on a EUR 34 million facility agreement granted to VGP Park Timisoara SRL to refinance an industrial project, including four prime logistic buildings in Timis, Romania. Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen reportedly advised VGP Park on the deal.
