Dentons has advised YIT Zwirn 2 – a joint venture between YIT Slovakia and RSJ Investments – on a syndicated loan exceeding EUR 100 million for the financing of Zwirn 2 real estate development in Bratislava. Allen Overy Sherman Sterling reportedly advised the banks.
The financing was provided by a club of banks, including Tatra banka, Ceskoslovenska Obchodna Banka, and Slovenska Sporitelna.
According to Dentons, the Zwirn 2 project is a major residential development in Slovakia’s capital and will offer over 870 residential units, as well as the Zwirn Office building with nearly 10,000 square meters of commercial space. It continues the success of the already completed Zwirn 1 and Zwirn 3 blocks.
