Addleshaw Goddard and Dentons Advise on Niam's Sale of Two High5ive Buildings in Krakow to Stena Real Estate

Addleshaw Goddard has advised Niam on the sale of two buildings in the High5ive office complex in Krakow to Stena Real Estate. Dentons advised Stena Real Estate.

Niam is a real asset manager in Northern Europe.

Stena Real Estate, part of Stena Sphere, is a Swedish family-owned business group.

According to Addleshaw Goddard, the divested assets, High5ive buildings 1 and 2, are centrally located near Krakow Glowny railway station and the Main Market Square, offering a combined 23,600 square meters of gross leasable area. 

The Addleshaw Goddard team included Co-Head of Tax Michal Nocon, Counsel Adriana Andrzejewska, Managing Associates Magdalena Szewczyk, Ewa Sinkiewicz, and Maciej Checinski, Senior Associates Bartosz Boenigk and Jan Jurga, and Associates Jakub Gerula and Aleksandra Stanulewicz.
