Dentons has advised Patrizia on the sale of the R34 office building in Warsaw to A&A Majsterek Holding.
Patrizia is a real assets investment manager. A&A Majsterek Holding is a commercial property investor and manager in central Poland.
According to Dentons, "R34 (also known as BTA Office Center) is a five-story complex offering tenants more than 6,000 square meters of office space."
The Dentons team included Poland Co-Managing Partner Bartlomiej Kordeczka, Counsel Arkadiusz Debski, and Associate Alicja Grabowska.
