Stratulat Albulescu has advised Spanish logistics operator ESP Solutions on its acquisition of the Autransa Group.
Founded in 1975, the Autransa Group specializes in temperature-controlled cargo and also transports containers, hanging and packaged goods, general cargo, and special transports.
According to Stratulat Albulescu, the deal will allow ESP Solutions to "strengthen the group's presence in North Africa – where they have several active headquarters – and consolidate its leadership in temperature-controlled transport and logistics." The firm advised on the Romanian elements of the acquisition.
The Stratulat Albulescu team included Managing Partner Silviu Stratulat, Partner Andrei Albulescu, Counsel Raluca Gabor, Managing Associate Anca Ulea, Senior Associate Amanda Csaki, and Associates Camelia Panaite and Cezara Mitea.
Stratulat Albulescu was unable to disclose further information on the deal.
