According to Your Legal Partners, the transaction encompasses two hotel resorts — Sunwing Kallithea Beach in Rhodes and Sunwing Makrigialos & Ocean Beach Club in Crete with "the acquisition, valued at EUR 112.5 million, marking a pivotal expansion for Premia Properties into the Greek hospitality sector."
