ONV LAW has advised Aveuro International on the acquisition of Bluehouse Investitii for approximately EUR 8 million. NNDKP advised the sellers.
Aveuro International is a Romanian motor vehicle production company.
According to ONV Law, Bluehouse Investitii owns the property where the former Eva store was located in Bucharest. The 1,700-square-meter property is situated on Magheru Boulevard in central Bucharest and is currently largely occupied by retailer Mega Image.
The ONV Law team included Managing Partner Radu Nemes, Partner Lorena Ciobanu, and Senior Associates Bogdan Carpan and Ana Petrescu.
The NNDKP team included Partner Ioana Niculeasa, Senior Associate Flavia Petcu, and Associate Bianca Isache.
