Radu Taracila Padurari Retevoescu has advised Arobs Transilvania Software on the acquisition of Infobest Romania from founders Yvonne Abstoss-Becker and Christian Becker. Filip & Company, working with PPR & Partner Pape Rauh, advised the sellers.
The transaction remains contingent on regulatory approval.
Arobs Transilvania Software is a Romanian company that provides software services and solutions in various industries and is the largest tech company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, according to RTPR.
Infobest Romania specializes in the development of custom software solutions for specific industries. It has a presence in Romania and Germany.
Both RTPR and Filip & Company have worked with Arobs in 2023: Filip & Company advised the software developer on the transfer of its shares to the Main Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on September 19, 2023), while RTPR advised the company on its acquisition of the Cluj-Napoca-based Future WorkForce Global group (as reported on May 9, 2023).
