MFW Fialek and DZP Advise on Tutore Poland's Acquisition of LangMedia

MFW Fialek has advised Tutore Poland on its acquisition of a 51% stake in LangMedia. Domanski, Zakrzewski, Palinka advised the sellers, Podobneo.

Tutore Poland has been active in education since 2017. According to MFW Fialek, “its goal was to reach the largest possible group of clients with its modern educational offer. Following the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the company introduced a new business model – online education for children and adults.”

According to MFW, “LangMedia is one of the most recognizable language schools in Poland offering passive learning via eTutor, its own application. Its offer includes language courses for individuals and enterprises.”

A week ago, MFW Fialek has also advised Tutore Poland on the merger with ProfiLingua (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on September 14, 2022).

MFW Fialek’s team included Partner Miroslaw Fialek, Associates Pawel Siwiec, Wojciech Lichterowicz, Mateusz Wieckowski,  and Grzegorz Policht, and Junior Associate Adriana Kloda-Szczesna.

DZP's team included Counsel Maciej Goszczyk, Senior Associates Maciej Zajda and Tomasz Kalicki, and Associate Katarzyna Biarda.
