Zepos & Yannopoulos has advised the Aktor Group of Companies on the acquisition of Aktor Concessions.

The transaction remains contingent on regulatory approval.

Aktor Concessions is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ellaktor.

According to Zepos & Yannopoulos, the deal attributes an enterprise value of EUR 367 million to the target and significantly expands Aktor Group’s footprint in Greece’s key motorway infrastructure projects. Upon closing, Aktor Group will indirectly acquire stakes in several of Greece’s major concession projects: 20.50% in Olympia Odos (Athens–Corinth–Patras), 22.22% in Aegean Motorway (Maliakos–Kleidi), 27.71% in the Rio-Antirio Bridge, and 85% in Moreas Motorway (Corinth–Tripoli–Kalamata), consolidating its existing position.

The Zepos & Yannopoulos included team Partners Paris Tzoumas, Sofia Tzianoumi, Stefanos Charaktiniotis, and Stathis Orfanoudakis, Senior Associates Magda Tsatsi, Gina Dimitropoulou, and Efthymis Naoumis, and Associates Rania Koliouli, Katerina Chalka, Sofia Paraschou, and Maria Pavlopoulou.
