Wardynski & Partners has advised a syndicate of financial institutions including BNP Paribas Faktoring, Credit Agricole Bank Polska, ING Bank Slaski, mBank, Bank Millennium, Pekao Faktoring, PKO Bank Polski, and Santander Bank Polska on the successful restructuring of Neonet. Zimmerman Sierakowski Frosztega and Dentons advised Neonet.

According to Wardynski & Partners, the process culminated in X-KOM acquiring a 51% stake in Neonet under an investment agreement, with the restructuring securing court approval of an arrangement covering all 11 creditor groups and Neonet’s total debt. The integration of Neonet into the X-KOM group is expected to generate strong synergies in Poland’s electronics and home appliances market.

The Wardynski & Partners team included Partner Lukasz Szegda, Attorneys at Law Mateusz Tusznio, Jakub Kokowski, and Ewa Kruszko, Associate Filip Kurys, and Legal Intern Amelia Niemiec.

The Zimmerman Sierakowski Frosztega team included Partner Norbert Frosztega.

The Dentons team included Partner Tomasz Trocki, Senior Associate Martyna Filipkowska, and Associates Stanislaw Porczynski and Natalia Kujawa.
