Dentons Advises Segro on Acquisition of Logistics Park in Sazava

Dentons has advised Segro European Logistics Partnership on its acquisition of a fully-leased logistics park located in Sazava, near Prague, from UDI Group.

According to Dentons, the transaction enlarges SELP’s footprint in the Czech Republic, increasing its total leasable space in the country by nearly 30% to more than 215,000 square meters. The Segro Logistics Park Prague, Sazava spans nearly 13 hectares and comprises four modern warehouse buildings with a total leasable area of 46,500 square meters. 

In 2023, Dentons advised on P3 Logistic Parks' entry into the UK via the acquisition of logistics assets from Segro (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on August 7, 2023).
