Rowan Legal, Kristyna & Mikulas, and Havel & Partners Advise on CasInvent Pharma's Investment Round

Rowan Legal has advised CasInvent Pharma on the successful closing of a new investment round. Kristyna & Mikulas advised i&i Prague and Havel & Partners advised the Holecek Family Foundation as the investors. Hladky Legal reportedly advised other investors.

CasInvent Pharma is a Czech biotechnology company. According to Rowan Legal, the round is aimed at launching the clinical development of its innovative CK1 inhibitors, a novel approach in the treatment of resistant cancers.
