Ellex has advised the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on a EUR 60 million loan to Ignitis Group.
According to Ellex, the loan is aimed at financing the construction of up to 600 electric vehicle charging stations across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia by the end of 2027. A portion of the new stations will be built along the Trans-European Transport Network corridors, enhancing cross-border connectivity and contributing to the implementation of the European Green Deal.
The Ellex team included Partner Egle Neverbickiene and Senior Associate Egle Radvilaite.
