Greenberg Traurig, Clifford Chance, CMS and Wardynski & Partners Advise on CVI and Flexam Invest's CTL Logistics Bond Financing

Greenberg Traurig has advised private debt funds managed by CVI and Flexam Invest on the financing provided to CTL Logistics via a senior secured bond issuance. Wardynski & Partners advised Flexam Invest as well. Clifford Chance and CMS advised CTL Logistics.

CVI is a Warsaw-based private debt asset manager with nearly EUR 1 billion in assets under management, specializing in structured private debt solutions across Central Europe.

Flexam Invest, now part of the Kartesia Group, focuses on B2B real asset financing with a strong decarbonization angle. 

According to Greenberg Traurig, the proceeds were used, among other purposes, to refinance CTL’s existing indebtedness. The transaction marks Flexam Invest’s debut in the Polish market.
