The AT Capital Group is a Singapore-headquartered family office specializing in actively managed businesses and passive financial investments. The company has offices in India, Singapore, Dubai, and the Netherlands.
According to Greenberg Traurig, "the property will be developed with the Liberty Residence, designed as a high-rise project offering approximately 700 residential units."
In 2023, Greenberg Traurig advised AT Capital on the acquisition of the same property from Golub Gethouse (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on February 10, 2023).
