Aydemir has advised Tosyali on an EPC contract with the Inogen Group for its solar power plant in Osmaniye, Turkiye.
Tosyali is a Turkish steel producer.
According to Aydemir, the transaction is part of an initiative for green energy in steel production.
The Aydemir team included Partner Gupse Hatko Aydemir, Senior Associate Bulent Erturgut, and Associate Basak Oncel.
