Dentons Advises Syntaxis Capital on Exit from XP
Dentons has advised Syntaxis Capital on its exit from the XP oil and gas company. Leroy si Asociatii reportedly advised XP.
Syntaxis is a provider of growth credit for mid to lower-mid-market companies.
Based in Bucharest, XP describes itself as a company that manages and invests in oil and gas mature assets to make them more sustainable.
