Rymarz Zdort Maruta has advised Arcus Infrastructure Partners on its acquisition of FixMap. WKB Lawyers reportedly advised FixMap founder Piotr Muszynski as the seller.

FixMap is a Polish fiber-to-the-home business.
According to Rymarz Zdort Maruta, "as a result of the transaction, Arcus European Infrastructure Fund 3 SCSp acquired a majority shareholding in the company, while its founder, Piotr Muszynski, retained a minority interest and the position of President of the Management Board."
The Rymarz Zdort Maruta team included Partners Jakub Zagrajek, Iwona Her, and Marek Kanczew, Counsels Irmina Watly and Karolina Bakowska, and Associates Patrycja Gliwka, Karolina Chudy, and Justyna Niezgoda.
