Havel & Partners has advised OMV Group on an electric mobility joint venture with Prazska Energetika. Krutak & Partners advised Prazska Energetika.

OMV Group is an international energy company operating a network of fuel stations across the Czech Republic.

According to Havel & Partners, under the newly established partnership, the two companies aim to strengthen the Czech Republic's EV charging infrastructure, with plans to deploy 113 ultra-fast charging stations across 48 new and existing locations by 2030.

The Havel & Partners team included Partner Petr Dohnal, Counsel Ivo Simecek, Managing Associates Radek Riedl and Ivo Skolil, and Senior Associates Patrik Chrast and Dita Krumlova.

The Krutak & Partners team included Partner Tomas Krutak and Associate Karolina Rieciciarova.
