Wolf Theiss, working with Maqs Advokatbyra, has advised New Wave Group on the acquisition of Cotton Classics Handels.

New Wave Group is a Swedish company focused on branded corporate promo and home furnishing products.

Cotton Classics Handels is an Austrian textile wholesaler.

According to Wolf Theiss, the EUR 47.6 million deal strengthens New Wave Group’s footprint across Central and Eastern Europe, including in the Czech Republic, where Cotton Classics is among the largest players in its segment.

The Wolf Theiss team included Counsels Tereza Naucova, Ondrej Benes, and Barbora Malimankova, Senior Associate Katerina Mikulova, and Associates Maros Kandrik, Karolina Vetrovska, Viktorie Rystonova, and Vojtech Konarik.
