Moravcevic Vojnovic and Partners in Cooperation with Schoenherr has advised UniCredit Bank Serbia and Structured Invest on the establishment of UniCredit Invest JSC, a UCITS management company licensed in Serbia.
According to Schoenherr, the new company was set up under Serbia’s recently reformed UCITS regulatory framework, which aligns with the EU UCITS model and has introduced updated licensing requirements. As one of the first UCITS management companies licensed under the new regime, the establishment of UniCredit Invest JSC marks a milestone for Serbia’s capital markets, paving the way for future fund management structures and deepening market alignment with European financial practices.
