Former CMS Partner Piotr Ciolkowski has joined Dentons as Partner and Co-Head of the Energy Sector Group in Poland.

White & Case Turkish affiliate GKC Partners has advised Enerjisa Uretim on up to USD 1.012 billion in financing from a syndicate of lenders including Akbank, DEG, U.S. International Development Finance Corporation, HSBC, J.P. The Government of Hungary has overhauled the regulatory framework governing the district heating sector. The legislative changes are primarily aimed at supporting substantial new investments in district heating production by increasing the profit limits for new installations utilising renewable and geothermal energy.
