Dentons has advised Convergint Technologies on its acquisition of Helinick from Marius Retegan and other minority shareholders. Deloitte Legal's affiliate law firm Reff & Associates reportedly advised the sellers.
Convergint Technologies is a security and safety systems integrator.
Helinick is a Romanian safety and security systems company.
According to Dentons, "the transaction is Convergint's first acquisition in Romania and it also marks the most important deal in the local safety and security systems market."
