Erdem & Erdem, working with Mello Torres, has advised CoreX Holding on a share purchase agreement with BHP Group Limited subsidiary Avanco Resources, on the acquisition of 100% of BHP's interest in the Carajas Copper Assets. BMA Advogados and Stikeman Elliott reportedly advised the seller.
Avanco Resources focuses on the exploration and production of copper and gold properties in Brazil.
