MMD Advokati has advised Hungarian real estate group Kesz Holding on the sale of its Serbian subsidiary Kesz Properties, to Nova Vizantija. Sole practitioner Tijana Komazec reportedly advised Nova Vizantija.
According to MMD Advokati, Kesz Holding is the central holding company of the Kesz Group, a regional real estate developer active across Southeast Europe. The Serbian subsidiary target owned a high-value real estate project and development-ready land located in central Belgrade, earmarked for a future mixed residential and commercial development.
