NKO Partners Advises MOL on Expansion of Sremski Karlovci Fuel Terminal

NKO Partners has advised MOL on the expansion of one of its Serbian fuel terminals in Sremski Karlovci, near Novi Sad via the acquisition of land from Dunav Oil and a construction and development arrangement with Naftachem for the extension works.

According to NKO Partners, the transaction involved the acquisition of adjacent land from Dunav Oil and a construction and development arrangement with Naftachem for the extension works, which will significantly increase MOL’s fuel storage capacity in Serbia.

The NKO team included Partner Djordje Nikolic, Senior Associate Luka Aleksic, and Associate Nikola Obradovic.
