Vulic Law has advised the majority shareholders from Greece, the Petris family, on the sale of their stake in IN Hotel to DNZ Neskovic.
According to Vulic Law, opened in 2006 and located near the Belgrade Arena and the Sava Amphitheatre, IN Hotel is a four-star property that offers 187 rooms and suites, conference facilities, and a wellness center, and is a well-known venue for international business events and corporate clients.
