CMS Advises Banking Syndicate on EUR 305 Million Refinancing of Palas Iasi Mixed-Use Portfolio

CMS has advised a syndicate of banks, including Erste Group Bank, Banca Comerciala Romana, Raiffeisen Bank International, and Raiffeisen Bank on the EUR 305 million refinancing of the Palas Iasi mixed-use portfolio.

According to CMS, the Palas Iasi development is a landmark mixed-use project combining retail, office, hospitality, and leisure components, and represents a flagship asset within Romania’s commercial real estate landscape.

The CMS team included Partners Alina Tihan and Roxana Fratila, Senior Associate Diana Elena Dona, and Associates Dan Patrascu, Radu Dragan, Alexandru Virgil Trandafir, and Aura Marina.
