Wolf Theiss, working with Advokatfirman Lindahl, has advised Sigma Polymer Group on its acquisition of M.O.L. Romgum.
Sigma Polymer Group is a Sweden-based manufacturer and subcontractor of polymer solutions.
M.O.L. Romgum is a Polish manufacturer of rubber seals and technical rubber products.
According to Wolf Theiss, the transaction expands Sigma’s sealing offering by strengthening the Sigma Seals pipe-seal portfolio and adding specialist capabilities in high-precision pipe seals used in drinking water and wastewater applications. The deal also opens additional opportunities in extruded products through the integration of Romgum's know-how.
