Gessel has advised the selling shareholders on the sale of Centrum Diagnostyczno Lecznicze Barska to Unity Care, a nationwide network of medical facilities backed by Enterprise Investors.

According to Gessel, the transaction involved the acquisition of an organized medical ecosystem comprising six healthcare facilities located in Wloclawek and other municipalities in Poland's Kuyavian-Pomeranian region. The acquisition forms part of Unity Care's strategy to further consolidate the private healthcare services market in Poland and expand its network of specialist and primary healthcare facilities.

The Gessel team included Managing Partner Marcin Macieszczak, Managing Associate Aleksandra Szyszko-Kaminska, Associate Marcin Walczak, and Junior Associate Anna Komorzycka.
